About the Role

We are building a select group of students to train in AI-powered video production and modern digital storytelling. This is not a typical editing job. You will learn how high-performing agencies use AI tools to create cinematic real estate walkthroughs, brand ads, and social campaigns.

Top performers move into paid project-based roles working with real estate firms, med spas, breweries, and other growth-focused businesses.

What You’ll Learn

  • AI-enhanced video production workflows

  • Prompt engineering for visual content

  • Turning static images into cinematic ads

  • Script-to-video production systems

  • Fast-turnaround content frameworks used by real agencies

What You’ll Do (Training Phase)

  • Complete structured creative challenges

  • Build portfolio-ready ad samples

  • Practice campaign concepts for real businesses

  • Learn how to execute inside a real client pipeline

After training, paid work is assigned per project.

Experience with editing tools is helpful but not required. Willingness to learn fast is.

Compensation Structure

Training Phase: Skill development & portfolio building
Paid Phase: Project-based pay ($75–$400 per project depending on scope)




Position 2:

Client Growth & Acquisitions  Associate (Commission-Based)

Location: Hybrid / Remote South East U.S.
Compensation: Commission + Performance Bonuses

About the Role

We work with real estate firms, med spas, breweries, and growth-focused brands. We are looking for driven individuals who want to learn modern client acquisition and business development using AI-enhanced marketing strategies.

This is a performance-based opportunity with strong upside for motivated individuals.

What You’ll Learn

  • High-ticket offer positioning

  • Outreach systems (email, LinkedIn, social)

  • Objection handling

  • Sales psychology

  • How to identify marketing gaps in real businesses

  • How agencies close $5k–$15k deals

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct structured outreach

  • Book qualified strategy calls

  • Practice pitch delivery

  • Learn to evaluate business marketing performance

  • Assist in prospect targeting campaigns

Compensation Structure

  • 15% commission on first invoice

  • 5% recurring commission for 3 months

  • Performance bonuses for monthly targets

There is no cap on earnings.
